Not a restaurant. Not a dark kitchen. A neighborhood lounge for shared time.
People already order food through Wolt, Bolt or Foodora. Too often they eat it at home, in a car, or somewhere that was never made for a calm evening with friends.
Blizko combines the freedom of food delivery with the feeling of a real venue: comfortable seating, good drinks, light, service and a place people want to return to.

Looking for
An operator, a space or an investment partner for the first Prague pilot.
Ideal space: an existing bar/lounge or hospitality-approved place, without building a classic kitchen.
First goal: a small pilot with 5-10 tables, a clear evening scenario and lunch potential for local offices.
Now: we are looking for a place and a person who wants to launch the first pilot quickly, beautifully and sensibly.
Atmosphere is the product.
Warm light, privacy between tables, good drinks, a napkin on the table, normal human service. No hype. No app for the sake of an app. A place where people feel good sitting.
It is not only about what you order. It is about who stays at the table with you.
